We distribute a variety of products for women of different cultures, lifestyles, and personalities. In order to make our customers experience as personalized as possible, we offer free testing programs before we officially release jewelry in stores so that we can receive genuine feedback. All we ask is that you email us your honest feedback after receiving your product and cover shipping and handling costs.
Why do brands need consumers to join product testing studies?
The reason for product testing is so we can learn what consumers think about our newest products before sending them to stores. Trends change regularly, and Maya's Grace wants to make sure our latest styles are current marketplace trends.
Having consumers give us insights about Maya's Grace product development will help us save time and money just in case the product doesn't do well. We can make changes to these products before mass production. Product testing jobs like these have been around for years. We are partnered with several jewelry brands that want to gain this valuable feedback so we can provide our testers with a wide variety of jewelry!
Should I post the review to Amazon?
No! We do not support leaving reviews on any marketplace in exchange for free products. Your feedback is used internally to help us decide what products to bring to market.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.
How secure is my information?
We value your trust and your personal information will NEVER be disclosed to third party companies.
Are your products actually free?
Yes! All we ask is that you leave your honest feedback after receiving your product and cover shipping and handling costs.
Are there any other costs I need to pay?
We only ask customers to cover the small packaging and shipping costs to ship their order (around $8.44 to anywhere in the world). There are no other costs, now or in the future.
Why do you not offer tracking?
We currently do not offer tracking for our jewelry testing club due to the costs associated with such postage methods. However, if you order full price items we will have tracking available. Tracking can be obtained by emailing us.
I don’t like the products I received, can I exchange them?
Yes. please get in touch with our support team when your order arrives and they will provide you with all of the necessary information regarding the process.
